Will be rescheduled soon. Please check back. It will be held at East Fork Springs Farm in Wylie.LURE COURSING. This Fun Run is open to members and non-members, and to their dogs (any breed), and puppies three months and older. Bring those novice dogs! This is an excellent opportunity for socialization, learning a new skill and getting your four-legged friends worn out!Bring crates - your dogs will want somewhere to rest between runs. Bring slip leads if you have them - if not, don't worry, we will lend you one. Please be prepared to clean up after your dogs. $5.00 per dog entered for members. $9.00 per dog entered for non-members. At least 2 runs per dog. This will also serve as a RRED board and reorganization meeting. We must have some new volunteers if RRED is to continue it's activities. Bad Weather Cancellation Policy: If it is raining or if there has been significant rainfall in the previous couple of days, please call Donna Lewis at 972-442-1961 on the morning of the coursing to verify that the field is useable and that the event is still on. We will reschedule if the field is too muddy to use. RRED Membership applications will be available at the coursing sign-up table. Membership is $15 single, $20 family. Directions: Go north on 75 (Central Expressway) to Highway 190 (George Bush Highway). Go east on Hwy 190 to Hwy 78 North. Take 78 into Wylie and continue 2.5 miles past the last stop light in Wylie. The gate to the farm is directly off Hwy 78 on the east side of the road (opposite a tractor store). Look for the lure trial signs. From Plano, go south on 75 to 190 east. From Rockwall, take Hwy 205 north to Hwy 78 and turn left. Donna and Bill will have a sign and/or orange fencing to mark the entry.
